Established in 1993, we are a Hong Kong owned group company engaged in producing agricultural products, including peanuts, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, dry and fresh aquatic products, pickled vegetables, as well as development of real estate. 

Currently, we cover an area of 156,825 square meters with a construction area of 36,000 square meters, fixed assets of USD12,000,000 and a staff team of 640 persons, including 60 senior administrative personnel. We have six subsidiaries as Xujia Factory, Shandong Zhonghe Foodstuff Co., Ltd. Rushan Longxiang Foodstuffs Co., Ltd., Rushan Yuyou Foodstuff Co., Ltd., Rushan Hualong Green Foodstuff Research Institute and Rushan Xingdong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. 

For two consecutive years, we have been rated as high quality enterprise in terms of foreign investment nationwide. In 2000 HFECL got the ISO9002 certificate and in 2002 we got the certificate of HACCP. Moreover our products are awarded the national certificate of green food. After winning independent import and export right, 96% products are exported to Japan, Korea, Canada, Russia, USA, Europe, and Southeast Asia. 

The new century brings about new developing opportunities for HEFCL. Now HFECL is planning to develop Hualong Industrial Park, which covers an area of 266,666 square meters. Basing on own superiorities, HFECL will take foodstuff industry as leading business and develop diversified businesses, such as light industry and electronic industry. We welcome cooperation from people with broad visions for common development. Meantime, we will also expand our business scope and speed up the capital operations to build HFECL (Hualong (Rushan) Foodstuffs Enterprise Co., Ltd.) into a worldwide famous enterprise.
